Three days of intense work to document some “tailor-made furnishing solutions” created by Esse Group for its customers.
Eight locations between Parma, Milan and Mendrisio – Switzerland, eight perfumeries furnished with professionalism and taste, photographed in ambient light to reproduce as faithfully as possible the atmosphere, the functional characteristics of the furniture, the spaces available to staff and customers.
In these highly “customized” works, the phases of project briefing, feasibility analysis, choice of materials, definition of the concept, graphic design, customization and installation are fundamental aspects.
The importance of the final photographic documentation is added as the natural “closing of the circle” which, through the various media, demonstrates and spreads to new potential customers, the company’s ability to maintain coherence between the project and the final result.
This shooting specialty requires the photographer to have a great spirit of adaptation and a propensity for “problem solving”.
In fact, in addition to carrying out professional shots in a short time, often we find ourselves managing unexpected or not completely controllable situations.
The optics used and the particular shooting technique produce images with wide shooting angles, without the exaggerated perspectives typical of ultra-wide angle lenses.

Sometimes it is necessary to “set” the photo or video service in real places, different from the photographic studio where reconstructed or simulated sets are used.
Commonly called “locations” they are external (or even internal) environments that become photographic sets and give a particular tone to the service, significantly enhancing the subjects.
The location is generally selected in collaboration with the client, after careful research, based on the creative project and the desired results.
Often the location is the photographic subject.
It is, for example, when the client wants to document his furnishing work or a building project, a renovation and/or any other situation (exteriors or interiors) that needs to be documented in images.
These are reportages (often made in natural light) in which it is necessary to maintain the real atmosphere of the places and report it faithfully, in order to return it to the observer as it was conceived and designed.
